## Sharing the Development Progress of **AZ Renovation**
Stalkers! We're continuing our work on the new **AZ Renovation** server and want to share a few highlights of what we’ve been working on. In fact, there's much more — but here are just some examples.
### Traders
* Certain trader items now require meeting specific conditions before they can be purchased.
* Items with **unlimited stock** are marked with a special icon.
* All items for **gold rubles** are now available from any NPC trader under a separate **“Gold”** tab.
### Inventory & Storage
* Window sizes can now be adjusted — from 4×5 up to 10×10 slots.
### Item Modifications
* The modification system has been improved (initially for artifacts only).
* A new option allows you to **increase the chance of successful modification** using a special item.
### NPC Barter
* The barter interface has been upgraded:
* new **“Hide Unavailable”** feature;
* auto-fill;
* optimized loading of barter lists at NPCs.
**Please note:** all these updates apply **only to the new AZ Renovation server**!
This is just a small part of what’s already done and still in progress — soon we’ll share more about other gameplay features awaiting you on the new server.
