Balance Update and Map Fixes

Clan Ranking Changes:
Points for killing enemy faction members have been reduced from 5 to 1
Points have been added for picking up artifacts:
- Mischief α — 25 points
- Conductor α — 20 points
- Vezuvius α — 15 points
Map Changes:
- Updated zone control areas for the following bases: Frontier, The "Lair" Farm, Shipyard Base
- Temporary campfires at these bases now allow you to change your respawn point
Fixes:
- Fixed the teleport bug at Sorry Lakes
- Removed the barrel under the Sergeant’s flag at the Hill House base
