A metal detector is a portable detector with a short range of coverage, allows to search for metal items unaffected by anomalous corrosion in the Zone. USER'S MANUAL Take the metal detector and activate the "search" button (left mouse button). A search sensor will appear on the screen to detect normal (not anomalous) metals. The more sensor is filled the closer the search target is. Reduction of intervals between sound signals serves as additional indication. Battery life is quite long, but you need two hands to carry a metal detector while experienced warriors prefer to hold a reliable Kalash in their hands. Stalkers recommend to use the device together with PMD and change detectors depending on the situation.
