The payload consists of a heavy duty glass vial with an electrode ending intended for storing charge at low pressure. This vial is inserted in a metal cartridge loaded with gunpowder. During a shot the vial heats up, the expanding gas accelerates particles which start emitting blue light. Upon collision with a solid surface, explosion occurs. The charge passed to the ions of the surrounding air forms a vast area of electric damage. Any living being in the area is impacted by the powerful electric impulses. For weapons - ESIW 2016
